Wednesday May 12, 2010 is the Captains meeting at Murphy's. This will start promtly at 7:30 pm. At the captains meeting you can find out were your team has been place for the upcoming 2010 Summer season along with bringing up an topics that you would like to discuss at the Membership meeting. Wednesday May 19, 2010 is the Membership meeting at Sportsman. This will start promtly at 7:30 pm. You must have at least one memeber from your team present to vote on any topics that are brought up along with picking up your packet for the 2010 Summer season. Packets will be given at the end of the meeting and not before. Everyone needs to also remember that the Memebership is the ones that vote on the disicions of the way the league is run and the board only enforces the out come of any votes that take place so if you are not happy with something that is going on please show up and vioce your opinion. The 32nd Annual Dart Classic will be held on June 11, 12, and 13, 2010. It will be held at the Koger Center off Midlothian again. Room rates are $89.00 per night. If there is anyone that would like to do a board sponsorship for the Dart Classic please contact a board memeber. They will gladly help you with this. We are raising money for Childrens Hospital and any donations are greatly appreciated. |
